OUR B2B TERMS – ACCEPTED AT CHECKOUT
1. UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
1.1 All balloon orders over £125 ex VAT qualify for free next day delivery. Props are excluded and carry separate shipping rates due to size and weight.
1.2 Orders placed close to the 4pm cut-off will be dispatched with DPD where possible. In rare cases, an alternative courier may be used to ensure dispatch. Any difference in cost will be refunded.
1.3 All orders are sent on a next day service. This is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier issues, weather, breakdowns, or depot delays.
1.4 Delivery charges are non-refundable. We do not receive compensation from couriers for delays. Customers are advised to claim on their own business insurance for any loss incurred.
1.5 Neither we nor the courier are liable for any loss of business, including delivery charges.
2. DISPATCH
2.1 Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
2.2 Orders placed after 4pm are dispatched the next working day.
2.3 Orders placed after 4pm Friday to Sunday are dispatched the next working day.
2.4 We dispatch 100% of orders on time within our cut-off. Once handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control.
2.5 Orders placed close to cut-off, particularly for props, may require additional time for quality checks and secure packing. Where this affects dispatch, you will be notified.
2.6 All parcels must be checked on delivery:
Damage must be reported within 24 hours
Missing items must be reported within 24 hours
Failure to do so may invalidate your claim.
2.7 Flat rate next day delivery is £8.95 ex VAT. Minimum order value is £30 ex VAT.
2.8 Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays.
3. EXPRESS SERVICES
3.1 Timed and Saturday delivery services are available at additional cost.
3.2 Where a guaranteed service fails and compensation is received from the courier, it will be passed on.
3.3 Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may require an additional delivery day.
4. PROPS & NEON DELIVERY
4.1 All props are quality checked prior to dispatch.
4.2 Items must be inspected on delivery and faults reported within 24 hours. Failure to do so may void any claim.
4.3 Delivery charges for props and neon signs are calculated separately (£10–£50 depending on size and weight).
4.4 Where possible, multiple items may be consolidated to reduce shipping costs.
5. CUSTOMS & UKIMS
5.1 We hold valid UK EORI and UKIMS numbers.
5.2 Customers outside the UK are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and clearance fees.
6. BALLOONS RETURNS & FAULTS (B2B)
6.1 All returns must be authorised. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
6.2 As this is a B2B transaction, there is no right to return goods due to change of mind, overstock, or ordering error.
6.3 Balloons and accessories are non-returnable unless:
6.3.1 We have made an error, or
6.3.2 A fault is reported within 2 days of delivery
6.4 Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
6.5 Balloons must be inspected prior to inflation. We are not liable for faults reported after inflation where no prior issue was identified.
6.6 We reserve the right to request supporting evidence and/or return of goods for inspection.
6.7 No refund, credit, or replacement will be issued until assessment is complete.
6.8 Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
6.9 As a distributor, we are not the manufacturer. Where appropriate, claims may be referred to the manufacturer for review.
6.10 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods only and this shall be the sole remedy available.
7. PROPS, NEONS & ACCESSORIES
7.1 All items must be inspected and tested within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
7.2 Props- We are not liable for faults caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, user error, or issues arising after use. All items are tested prior to dispatch.
7.3 No returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted after 14 days.
8. DELIVERY ISSUES
8.1 All delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours.
8.2 We will assist with courier investigations. Full cooperation is required, including completion of all courier documentation.
8.3 Where required, customers must complete a Declaration of Non-Receipt (DOR). Failure to do so will result in the claim being closed with no refund issued.
8.4 We do not issue replacement orders while a courier investigation is ongoing.
8.5 Once dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier and recipient. We have fulfilled our obligation once the parcel is handed over in line with our terms.
8.6 We are not liable for courier delays or any resulting business loss.
9. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
9.1 Returns due to customer error are subject to return costs and restocking fees (5%–20%).
9.2 Custom and personalised items are non-returnable.
10. REFUNDS
10.1 Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
10.2 Please allow 5–14 days for funds to appear in your account.
11. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
11.1 Sale items, discounted goods, gift cards, props after 14 days, and custom items are non-returnable.
